In short

- We count clicks and time on the page without identifying you and without storing anything on your device.

Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you open the page, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type, so that the page can be delivered and kept secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify keeps these logs only for a short time; details are in Netlify's privacy policy. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Usage statistics
To improve the page, we record which buttons are clicked (for example which level you play, which plan you choose, monthly or yearly), how far an example episode is played, and how many seconds each section of the page is on screen. Each page visit gets a random number that exists only while the page is open. Our statistics table does not contain your IP address. Supabase's server logs keep it for a few days for security. We set no cookies and we store nothing on your device, so we cannot recognise you on a later visit. We also store the page that linked to us and the extra part of the web address that shows where you came from (for example utm_source=youtube). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the page is used (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is stored with Supabase (see below) and deleted after 24 months at the latest.
Launch list (20% off)
If you enter your email in the "Get my 20% off" form, we store your email, which button you came from, the extra part of the web address that shows where you came from, and the time. We use it only to tell you about the launch and to give you your discount. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with an email to mariia@aventa-go.com or with the unsubscribe link in our emails. We delete your email when you withdraw, or at the latest 12 months after the launch, or 24 months after you sign up if we have not launched by then.
Supabase
The usage statistics and the launch list are stored with Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) on servers in the EU (Ireland). Supabase processes this data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum, which is part of the Supabase Terms of Service. Supabase staff or sub-processors outside the EU (for example in Singapore or the USA) may access the data; these transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
YouTube
We link to our YouTube channel. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click the link. After that, Google Ireland Limited is responsible for the data processing on YouTube.
Right to object
You can object at any time to the usage statistics and the hosting logs (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to mariia@aventa-go.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to mariia@aventa-go.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW).
